Jean got their start as a professional artist, mostly using oil paint and charcoal. This experience deeply influenced their approach to design, with them often using hand-drawn, sketched, and printed materials to create designs that go beyond digital. They love to get inspiration from every day life, with many of their personal designs stemming from relatable and mundane situations.

Music also influences Jeans creative process, and is a huge part of their life. They have played guitar for over 7 years, and uses music as another creative outlet. In their free-time you may spot them at a local indie or punk show, or listening to what some people would call "dad-rock" in their headphones.
